Certificate in Welding and Fabrication

Duration: 2 Years

Welding Workshop students are taught the different types of arc and gas welding, brazing and metal cutting. Safe working with tools in the metal fabrication workshop is taught as a first topic.

Students learn other skills at tradesman assistant level such as sheet metal fabrication, designing, paints and coatings, cutting, filing, repair, replacement, installation. MIG Welding Skills are taught using modern equipment in both theory and practical as a supplementary subject.
